Dear guest: Due to legal problems, we are not yet able to provide you with an English form for booking your trip to Potsdam online. However, in the process of preparing that form, we are able to provide you with an explanation of all the necessary steps in order for you to book your trip online. This help page is intended to make the booking process even simpler. To be able to book your trip online, your browser needs an activated java script and cookies. The cookies will not contain any information about you and will be deleted immediately after the booking has been completed.
1 Your trip's dates
Please enter the dates of your arrival and departure. If you would like to book a stay for the same night (Monday-Friday), please make sure to do so before 4:00pm. If you would like to arrive on a weekend or a federal holiday, please book your rooms until 4:00pm of the last weekday before your trip.
2 Choice of accommodation, equipment and number of travelers
Please select your preferred form of accommodation, equipment, and the number of people traveling. Please note that you can not book single and double rooms at the same time. Based on the number of travelers, you will be offered double rooms with extra beds, if needed. For a children's discount rate, please enter the ages of all the children traveling with you. If you have special requests for equipment of your accommodation, please use the 'Extended Selection'. You can also enter a name of a preferred hotel if you already know where you would like to stay. Note the more detailed your search criteria, the fewer search results you will receive.
3 Check for accommodation
A query will be sent with the data you provided about your trip. You will be shown the possible places to stay. If our system is unable to find a place for you to stay, you will be given the option to re-enter new search criteria. If we are still unable to find appropriate locations, feel free to contact us via email or telephone.
4 Selection of an offer
Based on your search criteria, a list of possible accommodations will be shown. Click on the names of the places to get detailed information about them (please note that some of that information is only available in German). When you find a place that fits your needs best, click on 'book' to proceed to step 5.
5 Enter your contact information
Please enter your name, address, and telephone number. We will not share your private information with a third party.
6 Finalization of booking
Please enter your credit card information. Your credit card will not be charged yet as it only serves to finalize your booking. We guarantee you a secure connection to our servers to make sure that your credit card information is safe. If you do not have a credit card or do not want to enter your credit card information, your booking will be stored in our system. We will send you an email to which you will have to reply within 5 days. Upon your reply, we will then finalize your booking. If we do not receive a replay within the 5 days, your option will be deleted automatically.
7 Agreement with the general rules and regulations
Please read the rules and regulations of this online booking. If you agree with them, please check the box, and proceed to step 8.
8 Final booking of the offer
Please click on 'Book my trip'. Here you confirm your personal data, and make a reservation. The payment of the booked service will take place at the location of your selected accommodation. Some offers require a small down payment for which you will receive an extra bill.
For the transfer of your personal data, we guarantee you a connection to a secure server for the best possible protection.
9 Printout of the booking confirmation
When the booking is completed, a confirmation with all necessary information will appear on your screen. You have the option of printing out this confirmation. You will also receive a confirmation from us via email.
