At our five locations you will find just the right conditions for actualizing your plans. Whether you want to start up a business or already have a small- or medium-sized company, you will learn about the excellent possibilities that exist both for starting up new businesses and developing existing ones. Each of our locations is specially set up - in terms of physical layout and operational approach - in order to meet the needs of the various branches. We aim to support companies in their individual development to find just the right premises for their needs.
The Potsdam Center for Technology (pct) is the first point of contact for companies from the service and technology sectors. The availability of floor space is as wide as the branch spectrum itself; it includes offices, technical trade working rooms, workshops and working areas in various halls.
The GO:IN center services companies working in the natural sciences, for example in the fields of biotechnology and life science. GO:IN is integrated into the Science Park in Golm and offers individualized and combined solutions for office and laboratory needs within the confines of a scientific setting.
We also have suitable solutions for young companies in the film, media and communications branches, namely in the Guido-Seeber-Haus Babelsberg and in the MedienHaus Babelsberg, all located in the Babelsberg Media City. Here you will find not only offices and space for events, but also movie auditoriums. Creative people and companies will find suitable space for their first steps in the media business. You will become a part of a real creative community as you rub shoulders with the big names in the German and international film scenes.
