Special Construction Program for Social Purposes

On behalf of the state capital Potsdam, ProPotsdam is constructing 450 apartments for social purposes. So far, eight locations across the city have been selected for the special construction program: two in Golm, three in Stern, and one each in Fahrland, Schlaatz, and Waldstadt. These properties are either publicly owned or belong to ProPotsdam. They will provide housing for more than 1,500 people.

Smart City Potsdam

The state capital, Potsdam, is a model Smart City municipality. Under the motto "Smart City Potsdam – Innovative. Green. Fair. Together, we create a sustainable city for tomorrow!", Potsdam applied for the federal funding program "Model Projects Smart Cities" in close coordination with Stadtwerke Potsdam and other municipal enterprises.
