The city administration of Potsdam is committed to improving overall accessibility to municipal services. The Service centre is available Monday to Friday from 8 AM to 6 PM. You can reach it by calling 115 or via the central dial-in numbers: +49-331-289-0, +49-331-289-1110, +49-331-289-1111, and +49-331-289-1112.

The government hotline is usually charged at landline rates and is therefore free with flat-rate plans. Many mobile providers have adjusted their prices to match landline rates. However, the final pricing for calls to 115 is determined by each provider. Every provider is required to publish the costs for "special numbers" if they differ from standard flat-rate or landline tariffs. For a binding statement on call costs, please contact your provider.

The 115 service meets consumer-friendly requirements for the use of call queues. Charges apply once you reach the queue of a service center. If you call from outside the coverage area or outside service hours, you will hear an automated message but will not be charged.
