Fast Lanes for Passport and ID-card applications

Here you can book appointments for the Fast Lanes of the Service Center. The Fast Lanes are additional temporary service counters exclusively for passport and ID-card applications.

Service Center Yorckstraße

Here you can book appointments for all services that require a personal visit to the Service Center. For passport and ID-card applications, we recommend using the Fast Lane appointment booking (see box above).

Service Center Wilhelmgalerie (without appointment)

At the Wilhelmgalerie, you can apply for citizen services without an appointment. You will receive a Smart Waiting Ticket on-site. A limited number of tickets are available each day.

Please note: Some services cannot be processed at the walk-in counters.

Collection of passports, ID-cards and permits

You can book an appointment here to collect passports, ID-cards or resident parking permits. Alternatively, you could use the other collection options: the Document pickup station  or our bicycle couriers.
